Reindeer Games...

Thanksgiving at mom's was certainly interesting to say the least. What started out to be a lovely day turned out to be filled with what you could say....unexpected events. The dinner looked fabulous. Mom and Dad really went to work on the food and Sean's turkey was so delicious! Look at how pretty this pineapple is that dad put together...

We no sooner sat down to eat than I hear this odd spitting noise. I turn around to see Makayla looking distressed. I asked if she was choking, she nodded yes...so thanks to all the years of recertifying in BLS - I have to say the Heimlich really works! Talk about scary!! We are all so glad she is okay.

After dinner Sean is hysterically laughing...Kristie joined in but no one would share what was so funny. When we went outside to send Grandma and Grandpa B home this is what we found...

Leave it to Sean...that's all I can say! Of course mom was horrified...the next picture says it all...

Next, we all enjoyed playing Rock Band...however even more fun than playing was watching! Maddie is so funny on the guitar and mom's HOURS of staying up at night has practically made her a ROCK STAR!!

We played games, learned that if you want to play Sean in chess you better know what you are doing, right mom? :) We also played sequence and learned that if you want to win you need to be on Tiffany and David's team, right mom? :) All in all it was a good day, lives were saved, lessons learned and of course we all got really really full! Thanks family for a good day - Robyn we missed you and your family
